Exchange and Return Policy

Mancino Club values transparency, respect, and customer satisfaction. Our Exchange and Return Policy was developed clearly and in full compliance with the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

Request Deadline

Customers may request an exchange or return of any product within 7 calendar days after receipt, as provided in Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Requests made after this deadline will not be accepted.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

For an exchange or return to be approved, the product must:

  • Be in original packaging, unopened and undamaged
  • Show no signs of use, wear, scratches, odor, dirt, or damage
  • Include all accessories, case, cloth, and other included items
  • Be in perfect condition, exactly as received

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the customer.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

As provided by the Consumer Protection Code, the retailer is not obligated to process exchanges due to change of mind related to personal preferences regarding model, color, shape, or style. However, we evaluate each situation individually to offer the best possible solution to the customer.

Manufacturing Defects

If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us providing:

  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Short video or photos proving the defect
  • Order number
  • Email used for purchase

After analysis and approval, the customer may choose:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value
  • Store credit for use on the website
  • Full refund of the amount paid, including shipping

How to Request an Exchange or Return

Send an email to: service@mancino.club, providing:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for exchange or return
  • Photos or video of the defect, if applicable

Upon receipt, our team will respond within 3 business days with shipping instructions, the return address, and next steps.

Refund Timeline

After return and product approval, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. The compensation timeline may vary depending on the card operator, customer's bank, or payment method used for purchase.

Shipping Costs

In cases of proven manufacturing defects, all shipping costs are the responsibility of Mancino Club. In cases of change of mind or customer error in the order, shipping and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Final Provisions
