When will I receive my tracking code?
The tracking code is automatically sent to your registered email within up to 3 business days after order processing. If you do not receive it within this period, please contact us with your order number, full name, and the email used for the purchase.
My tracking code is not updating. Is that normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. During international shipping, tracking may remain unchanged for a few days while the product is in transit between countries or at distribution centers. Once the item arrives in Brazil and enters the postal network, updates will resume. This does not indicate any issue with your order.
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after shipment. This timeframe may vary due to postal delays, customs inspections, strikes, weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Address changes can only be requested within 24 hours after order confirmation. After this period, the order will already be in the logistics process, and changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
I wasn’t home at the time of delivery. What happens?
The postal service will attempt delivery more than once. If unsuccessful, a notice will be left for you to collect the package at the nearest post office. If the package is returned to the sender, a new shipment will need to be arranged, which may involve additional costs.
I received my sunglasses with a defect. What should I do?
Contact us immediately via service@mancino.club with your order number, product name, and photos or a short video showing the issue. After review, we will initiate the exchange or refund process according to our Return and Refund Policy.
