Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Mancino Club Shipping and Delivery Policy is designed to ensure full transparency and security throughout every stage of the logistics process, from order approval to the delivery of your sunglasses.

Order processing

After payment confirmation, your order enters an internal processing phase, which may take up to 5 business days. During this period, our team handles verification, product selection, careful packaging, and issuance of the tracking code. Each item is individually inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

The tracking code will be automatically sent to the email provided at checkout as soon as the order is shipped.

Estimated delivery time

The average estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after shipment. This timeframe may vary due to external factors such as:

  • Postal service delays or operational restrictions
  • Customs inspections
  • High-demand periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Mother’s Day
  • Strikes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control

Based on our logistics history, approximately 85% of orders are delivered within 15 business days.

Order tracking

All Mancino Club orders include both international and domestic tracking codes, allowing you to monitor every step of the shipment, from the origin country to delivery at your address.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment status to avoid situations such as returns due to absence or delivery issues.

Delivery attempts and post office pickup

Deliveries are carried out by the postal service. In cases where:

  • The recipient is not available at the address
  • The area has delivery restrictions
  • The address is difficult to access

The postal service may leave a notice for pickup at the nearest post office. If the package is returned due to delivery failure, a new shipment must be requested, and additional costs may apply.

Shipping address

Please carefully review your delivery details at the time of purchase. Address changes are not possible after 24 hours from order confirmation, and cancellations will not be accepted after this period, as the order will already be in the logistics process.

In cases of returns due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer. If the product is returned to the sender overseas, the delivery timeframe will restart once reshipment is confirmed.
